Florian selected the Oisly vineyards close to the Cher River to ensure freshness and intense aromatics in this Loire Sauvignon Blanc. This grapes receive the same rigorous selection, vinification and maturation as the ones from Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé. The resulting wine is vibrant and fresh with white fruits, pear and apricot and finishes with trademark minerality and balanced acidity.

Pale colored with white gold gleams. The nose offers expressive notes of white flowers, citrus leaves, plus lemony peppery notes evocative of szechuan pepper. In the mouth it is fresh, taut, with crisp acidity that associates citrus aromas with fresh fruit and a mouth-watering salinity. Notes of white pepper and spices appear on the fresh, persistent and delicately textured finish.
