67 Wine Petit Somm Series Tempranillo Rose (HYDRANT) 2024 750ml
67 Wine Petit Somm Series — Tempranillo Rosé HYDRANT, Castilla y León 2024
The HYDRANT Rosé is the summer anchor of the 67 Wine Petit Somm Series® — a project conceived by our buyer Oscar Garcia Moncada to bring meticulously curated, high-quality wines to New York at honest prices. Crafted from 100% Tempranillo grown in the Duero region of Castilla y León, the grapes undergo cold maceration to extract color, aroma, and flavor before fermenting in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The result is a dry, vivid, and endlessly refreshing rosé that captures the energy of a New York City summer — the label a nod to the iconic fire hydrants that cool the city’s streets.
The nose opens with pink grapefruit, strawberries, and raspberries. On the palate, peaches, watermelon, red berries, and citrus blend harmoniously with a dry, thirst-quenching finish. Pure joy in a glass.

Château de Manissy Tête de Cuvée Tavel Rosé Organic 2024 750ml
Château de Manissy Tête de Cuvée — Tavel, Rhône Valley 2024
The Tête de Cuvée has been Château de Manissy’s flagship bottling since the estate’s very first vintage in 1915 — and nothing has changed, including the label. Made from a biodynamic blend of Grenache, Clairette, and Cinsault sourced from the Tavel appellation in the southern Rhône, this is a rosé built for the table rather than the pool. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged nine to twelve months in old 25-hectoliter foudres, and bottled with minimal intervention, it is one of the rare rosés with genuine structure and aging potential. Decanter awarded it 92 points. View From The Cellar 92. Organic. This is Tavel as it has always been — serious, complex, and built to last.
The bouquet is beautifully refined: rhubarb, watermelon, blood orange, dried rose petals, gentle savory notes, and a lovely base of soil tones with a touch of orange peel in the upper register. On the palate, the wine is deep, pure, and full-bodied with lovely acids, excellent focus and grip, a succulent core of red currant and cherry, and a long, complex, impeccably balanced finish. Rich and structured — a Tavel that will age impressively and pair with just about anything.

Clos Cibonne Cotes de Provence Tradition Rose 2024 750ml
Clos Cibonne Cuvée Tradition — Côtes de Provence Rosé 2024
Clos Cibonne’s Cuvée Tradition is unlike any other rosé in the world. One of only 18 Crus Classés of Côtes de Provence, this legendary estate sits at Le Pradet in the foothills of the Maures mountains, overlooking Toulon’s harbor. The proximity of the Mediterranean brings cool ocean air through the summer; the east-west ventilation from the mountains ensures perfect vine health. The result is a terroir of rare distinction — and a rosé that has captivated serious French wine collectors for decades.
Made exclusively from estate-grown, organic Tibouren — the rare indigenous grape that defines Clos Cibonne — with a touch of Grenache to meet appellation blending guidelines. After an early morning manual harvest, grapes are destemmed and direct-pressed. The must ferments with native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel, then the wine is racked into 120+ year-old foudres where it ages biologically for one full year sous-voile, under a thin veil of fleurette. The result is a rosé of extraordinary texture, substance, and complexity — salmon-orange in color, enchanting and warm on the nose with smooth spicy aromas, and winy, mellow, and surprisingly mineral on the palate.
“Rich and full… texturally very pure and integrated, with a beguiling mix of sea salt–coated pink grapefruit, rose petal and tangerine notes. Notes of chamomile tea and a green herbal thread add complexity through the succulent, penetrating finish.” — Wine Spectator, 91 Points (Prior 2023 vintage)

Daou Vineyards is one of Paso Robles’ most celebrated estates, founded by brothers Georges and Daniel Daou on a dramatic hilltop site in the Adelaida District. Their Rosé takes its cue from the great Provençal tradition — Grenache-based, pale salmon in color, and built for elegance and freshness rather than weight. The 86% Grenache Noir and 14% Sauvignon Blanc blend brings together the floral, fruit-forward character of Grenache with the bright acidity and aromatic lift of Sauvignon Blanc — a Paso Robles take on a classic southern French style.
The 2025 shows a pale salmon color and opens with playful scents of ripe peach, apricot, star fruit, and honeydew melon. On the palate it is soft and clean, with effusive flavors of lemon zest, stone fruit, papaya, and watermelon, all finishing with mouthwatering crispness and elegance.

Blended from approximately 62% Mourvèdre, 21% Cinsault, and 17% Grenache — all hand-harvested — it is vinified with meticulous care: a two-day cold soak at 5°C to extract fruit and aromatics, cool fermentation with blocked malolactic, and bottling no earlier than March 1st as required by Bandol appellation law. Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Rose 2025 1.5 Liter Magnum
Winemaker Description
Always one of the first rosés to hit the market, this traditional S. Rhone blend comes from 25-50 year old vines grown along the Gassac Riber. It boasts a pleasant, intense nose with hints of strawberries. Full and round on the palate with red fruit flavors.
Few winemakers have come to define their region like Mas de Daumas Gassac has with the Languedoc. What sets Mas de Daumas Gassac apart is their unflinching commitment to pushing the boundaries — of the appellation’s rules, of conventional farming techniques, of “expected” grape varieties.
Aimé and Véronique Guibert purchased the land in the early 1970s; they had planned to start a farm, but weren’t sure what type of crops they wanted to grow. It took convincing from a Bordeaux-based soil scientist, who saw great grape-growing potential in the limestone-rich land, as densely mineral-laden as Burgundy’s Côte d’Or.
Making wine in the Languedoc is nothing new — the Greeks and Romans were doing it millennia ago. In planting their estate to vines, the Guiberts chose to buck local tradition and plant a wide (very wide) assortment of international grapes; there’s Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, sure, but also Petite Arvine, Tempranillo, Nebbiolo and more. Prior to owning the estate, the Guiberts traveled the world as part of a family leather business, and became enamored with grapes from far-off and exotic locales.

Scala Ciro Rose 2025 750ml
Scala Cirò Rosé — Calabria, Italy 2025 750ml
The Scala family has farmed the sun-scorched hills of Calabria for over 200 years — and their Cirò Rosé is one of southern Italy’s most compelling and underappreciated wines. Founded in 1949 and rebuilt with renewed ambition in 2005, the estate is today led by Luigi Scala, a traditionalist who favors quality over quantity and lets the ancient Gaglioppo grape speak for itself. His son Francesco joined in 2008, bringing modern precision to a winery rooted in centuries of Calabrian heritage. The Cirò DOC, established in 1969, is one of Italy’s oldest appellations — and Scala is among its finest interpreters.
Translucent salmon-orange in color with brilliant clarity. The nose is aromatic and inviting: spicy peach, watermelon, and blood orange mingle with distinct stony, mineral notes. On the palate, it is gorgeously rounded and silky — tangy blood orange, peach, and citrus fruits are underscored by wet slate and a saline mineral tension that is unmistakably Calabrian. Wolffer Estate Rosé Long Island 2025 750ml
Wölffer Estate Rosé — Long Island 2025
Wölffer Estate is the Hamptons’ most iconic winery — and their Gold Label Rosé is the wine that put Long Island rosé on the map. Crafted from the estate’s maritime terroir on the East End of Long Island, where cooling sea breezes off the Atlantic preserve freshness and lift, this is a rosé of genuine complexity, understated elegance, and outstanding value. The 2025 vintage is, by all accounts, one of the finest Long Island has ever produced.
The growing season was shaped by hot, dry conditions in July and August that promoted small berry size and remarkable concentration, followed by a storm-free harvest and cooling October breezes that preserved vibrancy and balance. Rosé harvest ran from September 21 through October 7. Grapes were destemmed, pressed, and cold-settled at 40°F, then fermented slowly at 62°F over three weeks. The wine rested 12 weeks on the lees sur lie for added complexity and structure, fermented fully dry with no malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness.
The result: a radiant, delicate ruby rosé with honeysuckle, ripe wild strawberry, and classic floral aromas. On the palate, vibrant acidity and minerality balance beautifully concentrated fruit, with a refreshing, generous mouthfeel and a long, savory finish.
- Producer: Wölffer Estate, Sagaponack, Long Island, New York
- Vintage: 2025
- Appellation: Long Island
- Blend: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay
- Harvest: September 21 – October 7
- Fermentation: Cold-settled at 40°F, fermented at 62°F, no MLF
- Aging: 12 weeks sur lie
- Size: 750ml
- Tasting Notes: Honeysuckle, wild strawberry, floral, vibrant acidity, mineral, long savory finish
- Best Paired With: Grilled shrimp, lobster rolls, summer salads, light pasta, soft cheeses
The rosé that started it all — Wölffer 2025 is a winemaker’s dream vintage and a stunning reflection of Long Island at its very best.
