Winemaker Description 

A limited edition release of their signature pan-Caribbean style rum, this is a blend of rums from Trinidad, Barbados, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic aged in ex-bourbon barrels. It also features the label art of Devin B. Johnson to "pay homage to the power and wisdom drawn from the collective fabric of a shared Black heritage.

The overarching blue theme draws from historical West African influences and is utilized as a symbol of togetherness and harmony, while the prominent figure, representative of the African diaspora, has a poignant gaze to the future.

Our wonderful bergamot liqueur bursts with lively citrus flavors and an alluring aroma that carries a hint of spice. We meticulously select our bergamot fruits from Italy or Greece at the height of their season, which spans from October to February. 

Winemaker Description

The 2019 Napa Valley Cabernet is our interpretation of a quintessentially classic style. The color is deep garnet and the nose yields aromas of dark chocolate, pomegranate, cedar shavings, blackberry, and leather. The palate exhibits flavors of blueberry compote, black cherry, espresso, and cigar box with bright and juicy fruit forward sensations. The texture is rich and bold with well-structured tannins that make it approachable now and will yield great results in the cellar for decades.

91 Points Jeb Dunnuck | A wine that’s been made since 1967, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is a beautifully textured, medium-bodied, sweetly fruited charmer that has lots of cassis and redcurrant fruit, some spicy oak, ripe tannins, and the balance to evolve and drink nicely for a decade. I think it’s outstanding. (2019).

Fruity aromas lead to a palate of wild strawberry, green apple, lemon zest, flowers and toasted baguette. This Rosé is delicate, crisp and refreshing. 

While delicious upon release, Yarden Brut Rose should age well for ten years or more from vintage. This versatile wine pairs well with subtle dishes such as yellowtail tartare, savory dishes such as gravlax, or sweet desserts such as chocolate-covered raspberries.

Jeff Porter of The Wine Enthusiast writes 93 Points | This Verdicchio is a flower shop in a bottle with elegant aromas of mixed flowers, green herbs, lemon oil and white gravel. A wine that is as much of a feeling as it is tasty, with an amazing texture that hugs the palate with a pleasant pithy bitterness and sea-salty finish. Drink now–2035. 

Winemaker Description 

Vecchie Vigne was created to preserve and glorify the tremendous historical and qualitative heritage of the old vineyards on the Montecarotto farm. The old vines were planted in the early 70s, and their particular position and the delicate balance between fruit and leaf growth means that the grapes can be harvested when they have reached a perfect ripening status. 

The wine is aged over a long period, first in concrete tanks in contact with the native yeasts and subsequently in the bottle, and that gives this Cru its particular fullness and brings out the typical Verdicchio character.

Winemaker Description 

Beit El Or Yakar Cabernet Sauvignon is made from estate-grown grapes in Israel’s central mountain range. Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels, this wine has a deep purple-black color and concentrated flavors.

Expect tastes of plum and warm blackberries, complemented by pleasant tannins and a long finish. This complex yet approachable Cabernet Sauvignon is both enjoyable now and suitable for aging.

Our small batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskeys are offered as a Small Batch, up to 12 barrels per batch, which was the result of one fermenter. The goal of the Small Batch is to capture the total essence of more complex notes from multiple barrels from distillate of the same fermenter. Weve decided to release the Small Batch Bourbon as a Bottled in Bond so fans of our Wheated Single Barrel Bourbon can do a side-by-side comparison.

Our Small Batch release mash bill is 64 percent corn, 24 percent rye and 12 percent malted barley using our yeast strains. We entered the cooper select, toasted and #4 char barrel at 110 proof after coming off the still around 137 proof. All of our whiskeys are aged and matured on our 168-acre campus inside any one of our six rickhouses. We have more than 100,000 barrels aging onsite.

Producer Description 

Gin flavored with handpicked juniper berries from its Hamptons estate, cardamom, cumin, coriander, fennel and anise. The most eye-catching detail about this spirit is definitely its trendy pink color, which winemaker and partner Roman Roth gets by using the vineyard's rosé wine as the base for the gin. Once the rosé is distilled, Roth adds a small amount of grape skin extract to get that subtle pink color.

95 Points Tasting Panel | This 92-proofer grabs the nose with a hefty, profound bouquet of walnut, bread pudding, cinnamon, and cedar. An extroverted personality emerges with a spark of black pepper and dollops of maple syrup and orange marmalade, all moving in harmony across the palate. The cherry-peach finish is flirtatious on the tongue.

Rand Sieger of 67Wine.com | The Scharzhofberg is considered by many to be the most prestigious vineyard in the Mosel region.  Sipping this beautiful Spatlese from Von Hovel reminded me why it has earned that vaunted reputation.

The nose is stately elegant while at the same time, quite powerful. Yellow fruit and bright white berries marry nicely with lemon zest, spice box, and just a touch of reductive sharpness.  A very definite honey sweetness stretches across the palate with just the right amount of lip-smacking tartness to tie it all together.  Finishes smooth and silky with a lingering trail of honey and brown sugar.

This is one to savor by itself as dessert in its own right, but would be a lovely accompaniment to simple shortbread biscuits, or raspberry tart.

A bright and lemony sipping mezcal with some subtle smoke on the back end. It unfolds layers of fruits, almonds, caramel, and fresh herbal notes in the palate. Winemaker Description. 

Expert Review - Vintage 2021 

James Suckling 94 Points | A prototypical riesling Kabinett for the Ruwer tributary of the Mosel with the sleek, almost dry and racy personality we associate with this special terroir. The effusive aromas of yellow apple, white peach, rhubarb and garden herbs are married to a firm core of wet stone minerality on the light-bodied yet compact palate. 

Winemaker Description 

The spicy spontaneous nose still dominates, but then the first fruity notes (juicy peach, grapefruit, white currant) and the slate literally pushes itself out of the glass. Very juicy and densely woven on the palate, a lot of melting, sweetness well integrated and countered by the invigorating acidity. A cabinet that will continue to reveal new facets over the next two decades. Winemaker Description.
