About the Wine
Inspired by the classic Fumé Blanc style pioneered in the Loire Valley and California, Dalton's oak-aged Sauvignon Blanc from the Upper Galilee brings a Mediterranean twist to this beloved varietal. Wild yeast fermentation adds depth and character, while four months in barrel lend a subtle smokiness and creamy texture that sets it apart.
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with grilled fish, roasted chicken, goat cheese, and mushroom dishes. Also excellent with Shabbat and holiday spreads.
