Israel. The Castel La Vie Blanc is a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer; each varietal adds its own beauty to this crisp white wine.

The Chardonnay is the backbone lending structure and balance, the sauvignon blanc adds citrus and melon notes, while the Gewurztraminer rounds out the floral characters and contributes to the overall silky texture. This wine is a great showing from a overall great Israeli winery.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Sirah, Petit Verdot and Shiraz, from vineyards in the northern mountains of Israel, at a height of 900 meters.

The Psagot barrel cellar is located in an ancient cave that was discovered during the process of establishing the winery. The region has an abundance of vineyards and wineries since ancient times, whose remnants exist even today. The natural damp conditions and constant temperature facilitate the high-quality aging process of many fragrant and delicious wines.

The Yarden Sauvignon Blanc is produced exclusively from the Sauvignon Blanc grapes by the Golan Heights Winery in northern Israel. Almost completely transparent in color, the wine has a pleasantly refreshing and fruit-forward nose with aromas of lemons, apples, and some cantaloupe. with green undertones. 

Aged in French oak barrels for 2 months adds a light toastiness to the already complex fruit and herbaceous characters typical of the Sauvignon Blanc varietal. The wine is medium-bodied with a mouthful that is pleasantly dry, with vibrant acidity reminiscent of lemon and lime flavors on the palate. It's got a lingering and rather acidic finish that makes it a great food wine for pasta or even something a little heavier like chicken. Winemaker Description.

The Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon Bar'on Vineyard presents bright cherry and ripe plum fruit characters, layered with notes of cigar and chocolate, all balanced out with hints of herb. Pleasingly complex, this single vineyard Cabernet is full-bodied and densely flavored.

The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Although plesaurable to drink upon release, the Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon Bar'on Vineyard will improve in the bottle in the coming years, and should stay in excellent drinking condition for well over a decade from harvest.

The wine pairs fabulously with a grilled stead, a hearty lamb stew or herb-roasted eggplant with tomatoes and mushrooms.

Misty Hills is produced from the winery’s best vineyard plot, ‘fossils’ plot. The wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes sourced from this north-facing slope plot with Terra-Rosa soil.

Misty Hills is a complex, elegant wine with flavors of black fruit and elevated minerality.

The wine’s name is a tribute to the morning mists that often cover our vineyards. These mists form as warm air from the Mediterranean collides with cool air descending from the mountains. Planted in stony soils along the slopes of the Judean Hills, our vineyards are uniquely located to take advantage of this climatic phenomenon.

Delicate vanilla and oak, a hint of cinnamon and nougat, ripe cherry at the heart, liquorice and cassis in the background. Complex, juicy, dark cherry, supporting, firm tannins, salty-mineral finish, still young, will benefit from bottle ageing. (2022).

The various plots were harvested at the optimal ripening stage and fermented separately, after the fermentations the wines were combined into a white blend. Psagot Sinai White is a refreshing, aromatic, elegant and fruity wine, with rich aromas and flavors of melons and pears, with supportive acidic structure.

Produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Hand picked Chardonnay grapes grown in the Galilee exhibit nuances of jasmine and honey. Body is medium to full. The wine has been aged for 8 months in oak barrels which adds complexity and richness.

Tal Pelter, the Winemaker and co-owner of Pelter and Matar Wineries, studied agriculture at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel. He got a BA in viticulture studies at Curtin University. Tal worked with winemaker John Griffith at Darlington Estate, a boutique winery located in the Perth hills, producing premium wines, blends, sparkling wines, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz.

After completing his studies, Tal worked at Evans & Tate Winery, in Western Australia. In 2001, Tal returned to Israel with a vision of establishing his own winery.

After the passing of his mother Tiva in 2002, Tal founded Pelter Winery in her honor. Tal embarked on a journey to produce premium wines in Israel. Nir Pelter, C.E.O and co-owner of Pelter and Matar Wineries. After military service in 2005, Nir joined the winery, motivated by the spirit of the business, the teamwork, and excitement of a new venture. Tal and Nir decided to establish Matar, a premium brand Kosher winery.

55% Sauvignon Blanc, 45% Chardonnay. This wine is made from the grapes grown in top quality vineyards located in the Judean Hills. The must was fermented in controlled cold temperature stainless steel tanks for 4 weeks. This process enhances maximum extraction of fruity and citrus aromas.

This Blanc boasts scents of soft pink peony and orange blossom against a gooseberry and white strawberry fruit backbone.

Gilgal Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot fruit grown in the cold climate and high altitude unique to the Golan Heights and Upper Galilee. This attractive blend displays characters of both classic varieties. More than anything, the wine's distinctive style and personality express the Golan growing regionand the people who created it.

Aromas of raspberry and cherry are balanced by notes of orange peel and chocolate with hints of flowers and French oak. This medium-to-fullbodied blend is flavorful and complex.

Mevushal. Israel. It displays Producing a fine Pinot Noir requires an exact balance of warm days and cool nights. Barkan found this balance in their vineyard at Mitzpah Ramon in the high desert.

The wine is marked by soft, yet palpable tannin, with a fresh almost strawberry aroma with hints of black cherries and mint. Barkan Pinot Noir's medium body and crisp finish goes well with grilled salmon or veal, and is best served at a cool room temperature.

Winemaker, Eli Ben-Zaken, crafts this wine by allocating a portion of premium grape varietals - Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc - destined for the winery's flagship wine, Domaine du Castel Grand Vin. The grapes are picked early to ensure that the resulting wine has enough acidity to offer the crisp and tart nature of a rose that is expected.

Then, the grapes are pressed and the juice is left in contact with the grape skins for just enough time to achieve the wine's impressive salmon hue. This has enchanting floral and berry aromas leading into a wonderful soiree of tart citrus and red fruit flavors on the palate and capped by a pleasing mineral finish. This rose is best in its youth.

A blend of 60% Merlot, 22% Malbec and 18% Cabernet Franc from high-density vineyards planted at 700 metres altitude, west of Jerusalem.

Kishor Winery was established in 2010. It is in the Kibutz Kishorit, a home for adults with special needs. In this community, the members are active contributors, enjoying important work and activities. The winery, Kishor, is an integral part of the community, employing five permanent workers from the Kibutz year-round and hiring more for the intense harvest season. 

Medium-bodied, round, and balanced with a full mouth and rich, crisp acidity. Flavors of grapefruit, lemon, lime, floral, herbal, and mineral, with a touch of oak come across the palate. It has an exceptionally smooth finish. Nice with roasted fish.

100% Cabernet Franc from Halutza Vineyard

Dry red wine . The wine has a full body and soft tannins. Aroma of cherries, plums and red berry fruits alongside mild notes of green pepper and dry herbs coming together nicely and leading to a long finish. The deep, bold purple-red color is reached by roughly filtering the wine, stabilizing and closely supervising that it doesn´t get damaged by oxygen

It will go wonderfully with low-fat meat dishes such as sirloin and filet. In addition, it will go wonderfully with Sainte-Maure cheese or ripe Camembert.

The Judean Hills, where Tzora Vineyards resides, rise sharply from the coastal plain, and exhibit ideal conditions for growing wine grapes. Terraces cling to this rugged area in a multitude of directions as they follow the contours of the steep slopes. Cold winters, sharp temperature drops during the short summer nights and early morning summer mists, as well as variations in soils from rocky limestone outcrops to ones rich in minerals, all contribute to the character, the balance, and the great longevity of the wines. The wines of Tzora reflect the Judean Hills’ unique terroir. In order to achieve this goal, they make wine only from their estate’s fruit, grown in three vineyards, Giv’at Hachalukim, Shoresh and Neve Ilan, each with varying soils and meso-climates. 

The Tzora Shoresh Blanc is a blend of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Chardonnay from grapes grown on old terraces of terra-rosa soils with limestone subsoils. The wine is aged sur-lie for 6 months in French oak barriques. Expressive on the nose with aromas of vanilla, tropical fruit and toast. The palate shows a fine sheen layer of spice to complement the exotic fruit notes that are balanced by a round, creamy mouthfeel and lively acidity.

Wonderfully fresh and vibrant on the medium-bodied palate with zesty and animating acidity. Stacks of fresh herb and citrus zest at the long finish, plus a whiff of smoke.

Dalton Fume Blanc is fermented with wild yeast in oak casks and allowed to age for a further four months in barrel. The wine is supple and fruity, with notes of citrus and pineapples subtly balanced with a rich and smoky character from the barrel.

Mevushal. Grapes are harvested by hand, gently crushed, and soft pressed before being transferred to the winery for primary alcoholic fermentation. A second fermentation at low temperature lasts over two months, and the wine is finished with maturation on yeast lees for three months before bottling.

Israel. A fresh, zesty, bright red blend made from Mourvedre and Grenache Noir with a little Counoise and Syrah. This was the first use of Counoise in Israel. The wine is named after Samuel, Jacques Capsouto’s grandfather and brother. This is a blend exhibiting bright cherry, berry aromas. It has a chewy, mouth filling flavor and a good refreshing acidity on the finish.
