This single-vineyard wine is produced solely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested from Allone Habashan Vineyard, which is located in the central Golan Heights at an elevation of 600 meters (2,000 feet). The vineyard’s basalt soils have high clay content (~40%), resulting in high water-holding capacity. The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.

The 2023 vintage ended in mid-October amidst some of the most trying times
our country has ever faced. Although the season’s onset was warmer than usual
and total precipitation was 14% below average, late rains were sufficient for
starting the growing season with optimal soil moisture. 

While some exposed clusters sustained a bit of damage due to an extreme heatwave in mid-August, vine canopies remained healthy. Ultimately, our yields were 16% lower than average, but of high quality.

The Galilee (or Galil) is the northernmost — and generally considered the best —
appellation in Israel. The highest quality growing area within the appellation is
the Golan Heights (or simply the Golan), also the coldest region in Israel. The
vineyards on this volcanic plateau rise from 1,300 feet to 3,900 feet above sea
level and receive snowfall in the winter. Golan Heights Winery is located in the
town of Katzrin in the central Golan.

Israel. The Yarden Merlot Allone Habashan 2016 is the first release from this vineyard. The wine presents a fragrant blend of aromas featuring ripe red and black fruits, flowers, spice, tobacco, orange zest and chocolate.

This attractive single-vineyard wine is full-bodied, flavorful and complex. The wine aged for 18 months in small French oak barrels, of which 70% were new. While ready to enjoy upon release the wine will improve in the bottle over the coming years, and should stay in excellent drinking condition for a decade or more from harvest.

Robert Parker 95 Points | Brilliant aromas of black cherries and cassis jump from the glass, as the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Peak Edcora Vineyard bursts with fruit. All Cabernet Sauvignon, from a site that neighbors Stagecoach Vineyard, this is a medium to full-bodied, densely concentrated example of mountain fruit, yet it's one that is not harsh or tough, with well-ripened tannins and a plush, lingering finish. Bravo. 

Jeb Dunnuck 94+ Points | All varietal, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Peak Edcora Vineyard is another deep purple-hued wine in the lineup with tons to love. Pure cassis, graphite, leafy herbs, and damp earth-like nuances all shine here, and it's medium to full-bodied, with beautiful mid-palate depth, ripe, integrated, yet ample tannins, and a great finish. It offers pleasure today, yet I see no reason this shouldn't evolve for 15+ years if well stored. It's another gorgeous Cabernet Sauvignon in the vintage. 

The Wine Independent 97+ Points | Deep garnet-purple in color, the single-varietal 2021 Peak Edcora Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon charges out of the gate with bold notions of creme de cassis, blackberry pie, and boysenberry preserves followed by nuances of dark chocolate, camphor, and black olives. The medium to full-bodied palate is laden with black fruit and savory layers, supported by firm, ripe, grainy tannins and seamless freshness, finishing on a lingering minty note.

With a mahogany colour and orange highlights, Yzaguirre Classic Red Vermouth has an intense aroma with herby and spicy notes. Mild balsamic touches give it a pleasant and very unique structure. Yzaguirre Vermouth is a fortified wine aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It is made following the traditional method of producing old houses born in the foothills of the Italian Alps. Its unique formula combines about 80 herbs and spices to give it that special touch.

This amazingly smooth product provides a gentle Anise flavor with subtle hints of fruit and wood undertones. It maintains a long lingering finish with a slightly spicy mouthfeel. Originating from wild vines, Orangetraube was first selected as a recognized varietal in 1840 and has been a part of the Zahel family's field blends (Gemischter Satz) since the winery began in 1930, but only produced as a monovarietal white since 1954.

Two generations later, Alexander Zahel is the last remaining producer of this unique treasure of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. 

This unique historic variety from Vienna's vineyards is fresh, complex, and edgy, with under ripe stone fruit and zippy acidity. 

Shaped to emphasize the best characteristics of truly fine red wine: density, power, extracts and tannins, brought together to form a whole that is much more than the sum of its parts.The Bordeaux glass is the perfect vehicle for Bordeaux- but also Brunello, Tempranillo, Sangiovese, Rioja, Merlot, St. Laurent, Zweigelt, Blaufrankisch, Shiraz, Cabernets (Franc and Sauvignon) and similarly styled red wines.

The height of the glass is 9.1 inches and it is 4.3 inches at its widest part. The volume capacity is 765 ml.

This is the largest glass in the Zalto line, and can actually hold a full bottle of wine, though you would never guess that because despite its size, the glass itself still feels light and agile in your hand. The design was not based on being the largest just for the sake of it- as with the entire line, the angles follow that of the Earth tilt angles of 24, 48 and 72 degrees. 

The size here is to allow for your biggest, most powerful and expressive wines to fully breathe and develop. For the alcohol to integrate with the fruit notes; the acid to balance the tannins (and, when necessary, the oak.)

For red and white wines. This glass is all about elegance and finesse, created from a single piece of mouth-blown glass from the lip of the bowl to the base of the stem. Technical perfection is the basic principle of the Zalto Denk'Art glasses, and they have always been produced following a tradition of using only the most highly skilled glass-blowers working with a selection of the best raw materials. Made from Glera grapes sourced from various vineyards in the hilly part of the DOC region, northeast of Conegliano.

The first fermentation takes place after a brief maceration, which enhances the typical citrus and tropical aromas of the Glera grapes. These intense, fruity aromas are preserved through the second fermentation, which takes place in large temperature controlled stainless steel containers.

The Amarone is considered a top wine in Veneto. Its incredible aromas derive from the strict selection of the grape material of the grape varieties Corvino, Rondinella and Sangiovese. After drying for 4 months on straw mats and fermenting these particularly concentrated grapes, the 30 months are aged in French and Slavonian oak.
