Crisp green apple, honeysuckle, gardenia, and lemon zest. The palate is generous and round with refreshing citrus, ginger, and whisps of nutty crème, underpinned by precise acidity and stony minerality. Delicious now and will evolve happily over the next 7–10 years.
Expert Reviews · Vintage 2024
Wine Spectator, 93 Points | Vivacious and fresh, this white shows detailed lemon, nectarine, spice and stony mineral tones that gather steely acidity and tension on the finish.
James Suckling, 92 Points | Sweet spice, resinous herb, generous caramel and vanilla flavors balanced by crisp green apple and lime flavors for a well-rounded, pleasing and structured medium-bodied wine. The finish is long, with lingering flavors of pastry and baked stone fruit.

Expert Reviews - Prior Vintages 2023, 2021
James Suckling 93 Points: A friendly, rounded and generous wine with ripe apple and pear flavors and light baking spice accents. Balancing acidity adds lift on the palate, enhancing mineral and saline accents. Drink now. (Vintage 2023).
View from the Cellar (John Gilman) 92+ Points: Excellent young wine offering vivid complexity on both nose and palate. The bouquet hops from the glass in a lovely blend of pear, apple, hazelnut, soil, fruit blossoms and discreet vanillin oak. Bright, full-bodied, focused and nascently complex on the palate, with excellent soil undertow, zesty acids and impeccable balance on the long, bouncy finish. Inclined to cellar 3–4 years to let the wine fully blossom. (Vintage 2023).
Jeb Dunnuck 92 Points: Zesty and refreshing, with notes of lime zest, bright green apples, and fresh flowers. Medium-bodied with an elegant, pithy texture and subtle background hints of oak spice. Drink over the coming 5–7 years. (Vintage 2023).
Wine Spectator (Tim Fish) 92 Points: Dynamic and fresh, with brisk apple, lemon blossom and kiwi flavors that speed along the sleek finish. Drink now. 2,312 cases made. (Vintage 2023).
Decanter (Clive Pursehouse) 92 Points: Balances ripeness with great mineral freshness. From the Drouhin Oregon-founded Eola-Amity estate, balanced between oak and stainless steel — aromas of sweet lemon pulp and flinty crushed stone. The palate continues with lithe green mango, sea salt and thirst-slaking lemon pith. (Vintage 2023).
Vinous 91 Points: Opens with white flowers, raw almond and chamomile, giving way to freshly sliced Asian pear. Silken in feel, showcasing ripe orchard fruits elevated by a gentle wave of citrus and sweet spice. Long finish with a tactile mineral tinge and lingering lemon nuances. (Vintage 2023).
94 James Suckling | Notes of dried apples, glazed lemons, orange curd, roasted almonds and crushed stones. Hints of dried lemon peel, too. Full-bodied and broad yet it is delicate with impressive fresh acidity. Incredible minerality here with a touch of zestiness at the end. Lingering finish. Drink or hold. (Vintage 2021).
93 Wine Enthusiast | Driven by electrifying acidity and a texture as crisp as a new dollar bill, this is a wine for fans of the lean, but hardly mean, style of Chardonnay. Pineapple and chamomile aromas are complemented by bits of fresh-cut grass and thyme. Flavors of chilled orange segments, lemon verbena and toasted filberts go on forever. (Vintage 2021).
