Tenuta Rapitalà Viviri Sicilia Grillo 2023 750ml
Expert Review — Vintage 2023
Wine Enthusiast — 90 Points (Danielle Callegari) | Savory, umami aromas of low tide, seaweed, and crushed shells on the nose, turning citrusy with abundant fresh lemon, lime, and grapefruit. The palate presents sweeter notes of sugared half-grapefruit and candied orange slices, balanced by teeth-tingling acidity and a flick of Maldon salt.
Winemaker's Notes
Tenuta Rapitalà crafts Vìviri — meaning "live" or "drink" in Sicilian dialect — as a celebration of the Grillo variety at its most expressive. Grown on the sun-drenched hills of the Rapitalà estate, this wine is defined by its vibrant flavor and striking minerality.
Terroir & Vinification
Grillo vines are planted between 900 and 1,300 feet elevation on the Rapitalà estate, trained using the traditional Guyot system in soils of clay, small pebbles, and sand. The altitude imparts greater natural acidity, lending the wine its signature sapidity and mineral tension.
Grapes are harvested in mid-August, slightly before full ripeness to preserve the balance between sugar and acidity. The fruit is pressed, fermented, and aged entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel — keeping the wine fresh, pure, and unoaked.

- Appellation: Sicilia DOC, Sicily, Italy
- Varietal: Grillo
- Vintage: 2023
- Format: 750ml
- Elevation: 900–1,300 ft

Honoro Vera Monastrell Organic Jumilla 2023 750ml
Honoro Vera Monastrell Organic — Jumilla, Spain 2023
Honoro Vera is produced by the Gil Family — the same family behind the celebrated Juan Gil Silver Label — and has become one of the most talked-about organic red wines in the world. Crafted from certified-organic Monastrell (Mourvèdre) grown in the sun-baked limestone soils of Jumilla, one of Spain’s most exciting appellations, this is the wine that proved you don’t need to spend a fortune to drink something genuinely great. Its fame reached new heights when it was served at the Oscars Governor’s Ball — a remarkable achievement for a wine at this price point. The 2023 vintage is particularly bright and snappy, making it dangerously easy to drink.
The color is deep and inky. The nose is expressive and generous: dark plum, blackberry, spice, herbs, and a hint of chocolate. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with smooth tannins, balanced acidity, and robust flavors of dark fruit that linger on a satisfying finish. Approachable yet genuinely complex — the ultimate Tuesday night bottle that drinks like it costs twice as much.

Badia a Coltibuono Chianti Classico RISERVA Organic 2020 750ml
Producer Notes
The Chianti Classico Riserva is central to Badia a Coltibuono’s vision and its deep relationship with place and history. Using the traditional blend of Sangiovese, Colorino, Canaiolo, and Ciliegiolo — propagated by massal selection — has always been the backbone of the wine. Modern techniques such as gravity vinification bring forth the best expression of the fruit, while traditional approaches — indigenous yeast fermentation and aging in oak casks rather than barriques — are central to its authenticity. The winery’s long-established certified organic practices are fundamental to the truly unique character of the grapes.
Sangiovese, Colorino, Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo.

Domaine Tempier Bandol Rosé 2025 750ml
Domaine Tempier Bandol Rosé 2025
Domaine Tempier is the soul of Bandol — a historic estate whose roots stretch back to the reign of Louis XV, with the family bastide built in 1834 and its first gold medal earned just a year later. It was Lucien and Lucie Peyraud who, arriving at the domaine in 1940, transformed Tempier into a standard-bearer for the entire Bandol appellation, championing Mourvèdre and the region's unique terroir at a time when few others believed in its potential. Today, Domaine Tempier remains one of the most revered addresses in all of Provence — a benchmark for what Bandol rosé can and should be.
The Bandol Rosé is the estate's signature expression of freshness and complexity. Crafted from a blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Cinsault, sourced from a diversity of terroirs across the appellation, the wine is vinified with meticulous care to preserve flavorful intensity and a strong typicity. Fine structure without tannin, vibrant acidity, and a mineral backbone are the hallmarks of this iconic rosé.
The 2025 vintage is emblematic of the year's character in Bandol: tense, precise, and mineral-driven. Pale salmon in the glass, the wine opens with aromas of ripe orchard fruits, guava, grapefruit peel, red berries, white flowers, and confit citrus, with notes of crushed oyster shell and river rocks. Medium- to full-bodied on the palate, dense and layered, with racy acidity that brings energy and definition. The finish is long, gently ethereal, and deeply mineral. A wine of quiet complexity that rewards patience in the glass.
Wine Advocate — 93 pts
"Another success at this address, the 2025 Bandol Rosé is superb, revealing aromas of ripe orchard fruits, guava, red berries, flowers and confit citrus. Medium- to full-bodied, dense and layered, it possesses notable depth at the core, framed by racy acidity that brings both energy and definition. The finish is long and gently ethereal." (Vintage 2025).
Vinous — 92 pts
"Emblematic of the vintage character in Bandol. Tense, inward and a touch compact, it takes its time in the glass, slowly revealing layers of grapefruit peel, white flowers, crushed oyster shell and river rocks. Attractively forward aromatically, with terroir complexity in the foreground.". (Vintage 2025).

Elvio Cogno Anas-Cetta Nascetta Piedmont Organic 2025 750ml
Elvio Cogno | Anas-Cëtta | Langhe Nascetta del Comune di Novello DOC | Piedmont, Italy | 2025 | Organic
Elvio Cogno is one of the Langhe's most respected and forward-thinking estates, based in Novello in the heart of the Barolo zone. Founded by the legendary Elvio Cogno and now led by his son-in-law Walter Fissore and daughter Nadia, the estate is celebrated for its commitment to indigenous Piedmontese grape varieties and its pioneering role in the revival of Nascetta — an ancient white grape that had nearly disappeared from the region entirely.
Nascetta is a rare, indigenous white variety native to the commune of Novello, where it has been cultivated for centuries. Nearly extinct by the late 20th century, Elvio Cogno was instrumental in its revival, and today the grape has its own dedicated DOC — Langhe Nascetta del Comune di Novello — a testament to the variety's unique character and the estate's advocacy. The Anas-Cëtta — the name is a playful phonetic rendering of "Nascetta" in Piedmontese dialect — is the benchmark expression of this extraordinary grape, farmed organically and vinified with minimal intervention to let the terroir speak.
The 2025 offers a vibrant, distinctive nose of yellow fruit, jasmine, citrus, ginger, and thyme, with complex notes of white flowers and mineral precision. On the palate, fresh and precise with a lovely waxy viscosity, rich texture, and a long, saline finish that balances energy and elegance. A structured, expressive white that reflects the unique Novello terroir and the variety's genuine aging potential.
Pair with white truffle dishes, risotto, grilled fish, seafood pasta, soft cheeses, and herb-driven cuisine.

Domaine Zafeirakis Limniona Rose Tyrnavos Greece Organic 2025 750ml
Domaine Zafeirakis Limniona Rosé Organic — Thessalia, Greece 2025 750ml
Christos Zafeirakis is one of Greece’s most important young winemakers — and the man single-handedly credited with reviving Limniona, an ancient indigenous variety that had nearly vanished from the world’s wine map. The fourth generation of his family to farm in Tyrnavos, in the PGI Tyrnavos zone of Thessaly in Central Greece, Christos returned home after studies and stages in Italy to plant his first organic vineyard in 2005. What followed was a quiet revolution: world-class, elegant wines from forgotten Greek grapes, made with love, knowledge, and deep respect for tradition. His Limniona Rosé is the most accessible expression of that mission — and one of the most original rosés in the world.
Soft salmon in color with brilliant clarity. The nose is expressive and aromatic: cranberry, wild strawberry, red fruit, delicate florals, caramel, and a whisper of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, lively acidity is beautifully balanced by the intensity of fruit, with an unexpected freshness and a subtle, appetizing bitterness that gives the wine an extra dimension. The finish is long, clean, and distinctly Greek.

Biokult Gruner Veltliner Biodynamic 2024 750ml
Biokult Grüner Veltliner Biodynamic 2024
Biokult is a collective of passionate organic and biodynamic winegrowers in Austria, united by a shared philosophy: that the vitality of the vineyard is the foundation of great wine. Working in Niederösterreich, the growers focus on biodiversity in flora and fauna, maintaining microorganisms in the soil, using natural fertilizers, and avoiding synthetic interventions — creating what they call a “winegarden” rather than a monotonous monoculture. The result is wines that are bursting with life, honest, and deeply expressive of their origins.

Dalton Alma Deep Red Rhone Blend Crimson Galilee Kosher 2021 750ml
Dalton Alma Deep Red Rhone Blend Crimson Galilee Kosher 2021 750ml
Winemaker Description
From the sun-drenched hillsides of Galilee, Dalton's Alma Crimson is a bold, structured Rhone-style blend that speaks to the ambition of Israeli fine wine. Dark and full-bodied, it opens with generous aromas of ripe cherries, plums, and sweet dark fruits, leading to a rich, buttery palate layered with vanilla, cloves, and a distinctive whisper of green tea.
Crafted with meticulous attention, the grapes were harvested and fermented in separate batches to preserve the character of each variety. The wine was pressed just before completing fermentation, malolactic fermentation was encouraged, and the wine was then racked into French oak barriques for 12 months of aging. Each parcel was individually assessed before the final blend was assembled and returned to barrel for a further six months of integration.
Expert Review

Chateau Ste. Michelle INDIAN WELLS Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 750ml
Château Ste. Michelle Indian Wells Cabernet Sauvignon — Columbia Valley, Washington 2022
Château Ste. Michelle is Washington State’s founding winery and one of the most important names in American wine. The Indian Wells label is their warm-climate expression — sourced from the Indian Wells Vineyard and a selection of other warm-climate Washington sites ranging from the Wahluke Slope to Cold Creek Vineyard in the Columbia Valley. These are some of the hottest, most sun-drenched growing sites in the Pacific Northwest, producing grapes of exceptional ripeness, concentration, and dark fruit intensity. The result is a lush, opulent New World Cabernet that delivers serious pleasure at an honest price: rich, round, and full-bodied, with the kind of generous fruit that makes it immediately approachable.
The nose is dark and inviting — blackberry, black cherry, and ripe plum with a hint of mocha and spice. Syrah (12%) adds richness and concentration; Merlot (3%) rounds out the texture. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with a lush, velvety mouthfeel, concentrated dark fruit, and a smooth, lingering finish. Aged 18 months in a combination of neutral and new American and French oak, with gentle pump-overs to extract optimal flavor and color while minimizing harsh tannins.

Ken Forrester Chenin Blanc Old Vine Reserve Stellenbosch 2024 750ml
Ken Forrester Old Vine Reserve Chenin Blanc — Stellenbosch, South Africa 2024
Ken Forrester is widely regarded as the "King of Chenin" — no producer in South Africa has done more to champion the grape or elevate its reputation on the world stage. Founded in 1993 on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountain in Stellenbosch, the estate farms old vines on decomposed granite soils with the benefit of cooling maritime influences from False Bay. The Reserve Chenin Blanc is their benchmark expression: textured, layered, and built to age, yet approachable from release. The 2024 vintage was shaped by a warm, dry summer that concentrated the fruit beautifully, with just 2,000 cases imported to the US.
The wine pours a bright, pale straw. The nose is perfumed and generous — ripe pineapple, honeydew melon, baked apple, nectarine, and subtle floral notes with a whisper of hazelnut. On the palate, it's rich, creamy, and silky with vivid acidity, a subtle streak of chalky sapidity, and layers of tropical and yellow fruit. The finish is long and mineral-driven, with refreshing hints of quinine and grapefruit pith. Drink now through 2030.

About the Wine
Cuvée Laurène is the flagship Pinot Noir of Domaine Drouhin Oregon — the Willamette Valley estate founded by Burgundy’s legendary Maison Joseph Drouhin. Named after Véronique Drouhin’s daughter, this 100% estate wine is sourced from the Dundee Hills and Eola-Amity Hills, two of the valley’s most exciting sub-appellations.
The vines are planted at high Burgundian density, forcing competition for nutrients and producing small, intensely concentrated berries. The estate’s famous Jory soil (red volcanic clay) gives the wine its signature red-fruit profile and silky, elegant texture.
Tasting & Pairings
Black cherry, blackcurrant, cedar, pine, sage, mushroom, leather, and dark earth. Full-bodied yet super-smooth with refined tannins and extraordinary length. Decant or cellar through 2040.
- Roasted duck breast with cherry reduction — the wine’s dark fruit and savory depth are a perfect match.
- Wild mushroom risotto or truffle dishes — the mushroomy, earthy character is built for umami.
- Rack of lamb with herbs de Provence — the cedar and pine notes complement herbed meats beautifully.
Day Wines Chardonnay Eola Springs Vineyard Eola Corridor 2021 750ml
Expert Review — Vintage 2021
Decanter 96 Points (Clive Pursehouse) | "Quite the Chardonnay from Brianne Day and the renowned Eola Springs Vineyard in the best Chardonnay appellation in America." Three different blocks and three different clones: Hyde Wente, Mount Eden, and Dijon 96. Captivating lemon curd aromas and rich, honeyed apricots followed by almond pastry cream — dollops of rich lemon cream, ripe peach fuzz, and rich apricot flesh.
Winemaker Notes
Brianne Day chose three blocks and three clones from the gorgeous Eola Springs Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills to get to know the site intimately. Hyde Wente and Mount Eden (California heritage clones) were picked earlier for structure and acid; Dijon 96 was picked later for stone fruit and riper character.
The result is lively, lithe, and built on a solid mineral structure with a supple, glossy mid-palate. Lemon curd, peaches, river stones, lime zest, sweet orange, honeysuckle, and a hint of pastry all come to mind.
Tasting & Pairings
Lemon curd, honeyed apricot, almond pastry cream, peach fuzz, river stones, lime zest, and honeysuckle. Lively and lithe with mineral structure and a glossy mid-palate. Serve lightly chilled.
- Lobster or crab with drawn butter — the wine’s richness and acidity are a perfect match.
- Roasted chicken with tarragon — a classic pairing for textured, mineral-driven Chardonnay.
- Aged Comté or Gruyère — nutty cheeses complement the pastry cream and stone fruit notes.

Critical Acclaim
- James Suckling – 92 Points | “Grapefruit, lemongrass and golden apples on the nose, alongside salted almonds. Medium-bodied, cool and mineral, with zesty and reductive undertones. Made in clay vessels.”
Tasting Notes
A racy, flavoursome Sauvignon Blanc with green pineapple, gooseberries, and quince on the nose, alongside a refreshing salinity of ocean spray and kelp. The palate delivers green citrus, lemongrass, and litchi, with an edgy textural linearity from flint and oyster shells. Cool, mineral, and utterly distinctive.
About the Wine

Chateau Tour Saint Christophe Saint-Emilion 2021 750ml
Expert Reviews - Vintage 2022
Jeb Dunnuck 96 Points | Spice-laden red and black fruits, leafy tobacco, savory flowers, and new leather notes all shine in the 2022 Château Tour Saint Christophe, another brilliant wine from this team. I love its complexity, and it's medium to full-bodied on the palate, with fine tannins, a layered, elegant mouthfeel, beautifully integrated oak, and a great finish. Based on 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc.
James Suckling 96 Points | A very good year for Tour Saint Christophe, showing great depth and flavor despite high alcohol. Abundant dark minerals, fresh blackberries, black olives and a hint of cocoa powder. Pretty full-bodied and firm with crunchy, reactive tannins and a long and flavorful finish. Lots of density here.
Decanter 94 Points | Gorgeously scented on the nose, smooth, round and focused with purity and persistence. Tannins are so fine, really sculpting this wine, with a clear bite and almost strict tang to the overall structure giving a sense of tension. I like the terroir aspect, the saltiness but still with juicy richness. Less ample than Bellefonte but more precise.
The Wine Advocate 93+ Points | This first vintage under the denomination of Grand Cru Classé, the 2022 Tour Saint Christophe is excellent, offering up aromas of spices, cassis, dark wild berries, orange peel and licorice mingled with delicate oaky notes. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and concentrated, it's layered and textured and framed by powdery, velvety tannins enhanced by a racy, pure, fresh finish. It should gain raciness with some time in the cellar.
