Catarratto is Sicily's most widely planted white grape, prized for its natural freshness, aromatic lift, and food-friendly character. Blended here with Pinot Grigio, the two varieties complement each other beautifully — Catarratto bringing the island's natural citrus and stone fruit character, Pinot Grigio adding a subtle aromatic lift and light body.
Bright, clean, and effortlessly enjoyable. Stone fruit flavors of peach and citrus with a subtle tropical note, light harmonious body, and a fresh, clean finish. A wine that punches well above its price point.

Elena Walch Pinot Grigio Alto Adige 2025 750ml
Elena Walch · Pinot Grigio · Alto Adige DOC · Trentino-Alto Adige · Italy · 2025
Elena Walch is one of Alto Adige’s most celebrated estates — and one of Italy’s most prominent woman winemakers and owners. Her Pinot Grigio is a benchmark for the Alto Adige style: not the flat, neutral Pinot Grigio of the Veneto plains, but a wine of genuine mineral tension, aromatic precision, and the kind of crisp, structured character that the Alpine climate of the Dolomites uniquely produces. Grown at altitude in the cool, sun-drenched vineyards of Alto Adige, the 2025 is a wine with real backbone — and exceptional value at this price.
The 2025 captivates with a light straw yellow color. The nose opens with ripe pear, white pepper, and a touch of sage, with an appealing creamy texture carrying notes of peach skin and blood orange peel. On the palate, mineral-salty richness and crisp acidity are the hallmarks — elegant, focused, and refreshing from first sip to finish.
“The creamy texture and tangy acidity harmoniously blended with the refreshing green apple and pear flavors. There was also a subtle hint of stony minerality that added an unexpected layer of complexity. The simplicity of the pairing beautifully complemented the well-structured aromas and flavors of the wine.”

Fontana Candida Pinot Grigio MAGNUM 1.5 Liter
Fontana Candida Pinot Grigio 1.5L Magnum is a generous, crowd-ready expression from one of Italy's most storied estates — a producer whose name is synonymous with the wines of Rome and the Lazio region. For this Pinot Grigio, Fontana Candida looks north, sourcing fruit from the cool, volcanic-influenced hills of Delle Venezie, where the combination of altitude, mineral-rich soils, and a continental climate produces grapes of exceptional freshness and aromatic precision.
Pale straw in the glass with delicate golden highlights. The nose is clean and inviting, with aromas of white peach, green apple, citrus blossom, and a subtle mineral note that speaks to the volcanic terroir. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied and crisp, with bright acidity, a refreshing texture, and a clean, dry finish that lingers with a hint of almond. Effortlessly drinkable and reliably consistent — a Magnum format made for the table.
The Delle Venezie DOC, spanning Veneto, Friuli, and Trentino-Alto Adige, is Italy's premier appellation for Pinot Grigio, and Fontana Candida brings its Roman winemaking heritage to bear on this northern varietal with characteristic elegance and restraint.

Antinori BIANCO Villa Antinori Toscana IGT 2024 750ml

The nose opens with orange blossom, pineapple, golden apple, and citrus zest. On the palate it's fresh and pleasantly tense, with a mouth-filling texture and a clean mineral finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

Gruet Brut Sparkling New Mexico 750ml
Gruet Brut Gold Label — New Mexico, USA
The story of Gruet is one of the great surprises in American wine. In 1984, the Gruet family of Champagne, France — already celebrated producers in the heart of the world’s most famous sparkling wine region — planted vineyards at 4,300 feet elevation in the New Mexico desert. What they discovered was a high-altitude terroir of remarkable character: cool nights, intense sun, and volcanic soils that produce grapes of exceptional natural acidity and finesse. The Gold Label Brut is their flagship cuvée: a Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend crafted in the traditional méthode champenoise, with fine persistent bubbles, elegant brioche notes, and a crisp, refreshing finish that rivals sparkling wines at twice the price. Decanter awarded it 90 points. At $16.99, it is one of the most exciting values in American sparkling wine.
The nose is elegant and inviting: meringue, hints of lavender, and a whisper of molten candle wax. On the palate, fresh-cut apple flesh, wild honey, and quince come forward with brisk, satisfying acidity and a clean, persistent finish. Fine bubbles carry the wine from start to finish with real Champagne-house precision.
Decanter 90 — "Meringue, hints of lavender with notes of molten candle wax on the nose. The palate brings out the fruitiness of fresh cut apple flesh, wild honey, and quince. Brisk and satisfying."

Expert Review — Vintage 2023
92 pts — James Suckling: “Ripe yet restrained, this sits on the edge of reduction, showing aromas of yellow apples, grilled peaches, lemon curd and a touch of struck flint. The palate reflects the cool vintage with bright acidity and a layered feel, delivering baked citrus, toasted almonds and subtle spices. Rounded and fresh with a savory, lingering finish. Drink or hold.”
Winemaker Notes

The 2023 vintage opens with aromas of sweet lime, fresh lemon, green mango, and white peach, leading to a palate of fresh citrus, star fruit, mango, and a hint of vanilla, all supported by juicy acidity and abundant minerality. The finish is long, layered, and deeply satisfying.

Elk Cove Estate Pinot Gris Willamette Valley 2024 750ml
Elk Cove Estate Pinot Gris — Willamette Valley, Oregon 2024
Elk Cove Vineyards is one of Oregon’s founding and most respected estate wineries, established in 1974 in the northern Willamette Valley near Gaston. From the beginning, the Campbell family has farmed sustainably and focused on cool-climate varieties that express the unique terroir of their hillside estate vineyards — and Pinot Gris has become their most beloved white wine. Their approach is meticulous: whole-cluster pressing preserves the grape’s aromatic delicacy, followed by cool fermentation in small stainless steel tanks that protects varietal character and builds natural richness. The 2024 vintage was, by the winemaker’s own account, a dream season — well-paced with idyllic conditions for cool-climate whites, delivering concentration, complexity, and pristine fruit character.
A small but meaningful addition of 4% Gewurztraminer and 2% Muscat adds a gorgeous aromatic lift to the Pinot Gris base. The nose is understated and elegant: peach, apricot, honeysuckle, and bread dough, with a whisper of warm spice. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, textural, and savory, with gently honeyed stone fruit flavors, bright acidity, and a beautifully long, flavorful finish. Just 3.6 grams of residual sugar keep it fresh and food-friendly without tipping into sweetness.
“Understated aromas of peach, apricot, bread dough and spice. The medium-bodied palate is concentrated, textural and savory with gently honeyed flavors. Bright acidity balances 3.6 grams of residual sugar, and it has a long, flavorful finish.” — Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate, 90 pts. (Vintage 2024).
“Delicate and pretty, with floral peach, lemon and honeysuckle tones that linger.” — Wine Spectator, 89 pts. (Vintage 2024).

Eyrie Vineyards Pinot Noir Daphne Vyd Dundee Hills 2023 (Pre-Sale - Introductory Offer)
Named for a longtime friend of the winery, Daphne Vineyard contains just 1.5 acres of Pinot Noir, planted to the Pommard clone beginning in 1974. The Pinot Noir vines sit approximately 820 to 860 feet above sea level, near the top of this dramatically elevated site. The vineyard’s soils are exceptionally shallow—averaging less than ten inches over large underlying boulders—which contributes to the wine’s distinctive intensity, mineral character and naturally limited yields.
Daphne is the highest of Eyrie’s estate Pinot Noir sites. Its elevation and exposed position bring cooler conditions and help preserve acidity, while the mature vines produce very small clusters of intensely flavored fruit. Eyrie farms its vineyards organically and employs regenerative, no-till practices intended to protect soil biology and allow each vineyard to express its individual character.
Eyrie’s restrained winemaking philosophy places vineyard character ahead of cellar technique. Native fermentation, gentle handling, minimal racking and extended élevage are used to preserve freshness, aromatic complexity and transparency of site. The approach produces wines that can be compelling when young while also developing beautifully over extended bottle age.
The 2023 Daphne Vineyard Pinot Noir is especially concentrated and expressive. Layers of raspberry, blueberry and marionberry are carried by lively acidity, while earthy and exotic savory notes bring additional complexity. Hints of mushroom, sassafras and sandalwood emerge as the wine opens, leading into a long, slowly unfolding finish.
Expert Rating
96 Points — Paul Gregutt
Gregutt describes the 2023 Daphne as showing terrific concentration, with raspberry, blueberry and marionberry fruit supported by energetic acidity and nuances of powdered mushroom, sassafras and sandalwood. He also emphasizes its lingering finish. Only 153 cases were produced, making this one of Eyrie’s most limited single-vineyard Pinot Noirs.
Powerful without sacrificing elegance, the 2023 Daphne Vineyard is a compelling expression of old-vine Dundee Hills Pinot Noir. Its combination of concentrated fruit, vibrant acidity, mineral depth and savory complexity makes it particularly suited to further development in the cellar.

Eyrie Vineyards Pinot Noir Roland Green Vyd Dundee Hills 2023 750ml (Pre-Sale - Introductory Offer)
The 2023 Roland Green Vineyard Pinot Noir is a distinctive single-vineyard expression from The Eyrie Vineyards, combining the elegance and freshness associated with the Dundee Hills with a darker, more fruit-forward personality. Brambly blackberry fruit, savory undertones and firm, textured tannins give this limited-production Pinot Noir both immediate appeal and excellent potential for further development in bottle.
Named in honor of Roland Green Lett, the vineyard was first planted in 1988 to Pommard and Wädenswil Pinot Noir clones. The site rises from approximately 540 to 720 feet elevation and enjoys a direct southern exposure. Eyrie describes Roland Green as a site capable of producing Pinot Noir with exceptional texture, depth and finesse. More recent plantings, including vines established in 2016, complement the mature blocks and add an especially bright, fresh fruit character to the wine.
Like Eyrie’s other estate vineyards, Roland Green is certified organic and farmed according to regenerative, no-till principles. The winery focuses on maintaining healthy soil ecosystems and naturally balanced vines rather than relying on intensive intervention. The elevated, south-facing site and volcanic Dundee Hills soils contribute both ripeness and structural definition to the finished wine.
Eyrie’s single-vineyard Pinot Noirs are deliberately handled with a restrained cellar approach so that differences in vineyard site remain clearly visible. Native yeast fermentation, small fermentation vessels and extended élevage are central to the program, emphasizing texture, freshness and the individual character of each vineyard rather than overt winemaking influence.
The 2023 Roland Green is particularly expressive and fruit-driven, with brambly blackberry taking center stage. Compared with some of Eyrie’s more reserved vineyard selections, this vintage is somewhat more forward and immediately generous, while retaining the structure and savory character associated with the site. Dusty, textured tannins frame the dark fruit and provide a firm finish that should become increasingly integrated with additional bottle age.
Expert Rating
95 Points — Paul Gregutt
Gregutt highlights the influence of Roland Green’s younger vines, noting their bright, fresh fruit character. He describes the 2023 as more fruit-forward than some of Eyrie’s other vineyard selections, centered on brambly blackberry fruit with textured, dusty tannins that should soften further with time in bottle. Only 193 cases were produced.
With its combination of ripe dark fruit, freshness, firm structure and Dundee Hills elegance, the 2023 Roland Green Vineyard offers a particularly compelling expression of Eyrie’s vineyard-focused approach to Pinot Noir.
