Exhibiting the maturity and refinement of the extended barrel aging process, our Añejo, or ‘aged’ tequila is the pinnacle of our portfolio. The same organic 100% blue agave, hand-harvested and slow-roasted for distillation, and left to open up and evolve over 18 months of aging in Kentucky Bourbon and Tennessee Whiskey barrels.
