Winemaker Description 

The Segura Viudas Icon Premium Cava presents itself in a lively lemon yellow hue with golden streaks. Its aromatic profile is a delightful combination of green pineapple, yellow plum, grapefruit, and the delicate essence of white flowers like jasmine and lemon blossom, creating a perfume-like fragrance.

On the palate, it offers a pleasing abundance of fruit flavors, complemented by a subtle touch of sweetness. The wine's acidity is notably well-balanced, bringing vibrancy and life to the palate. The winemaking process involves gentle pressing of grapes, using only the most aromatic and delicate juice.

Each grape variety undergoes a separate fermentation at low temperatures to preserve its unique character. This premium Cava is meticulously aged for a minimum of 9 months in bottle, in ideal conditions 20 meters below ground.

This sparkling wine evokes thoughts of exotic flavors, making it a great match for dishes such as Thai Tom Yum soup, Peruvian sea bass ceviche, or quesadilla. It also pairs beautifully with more traditional fare like ham and cheese French omelette, grilled corn on the cob with butter, or a homemade chicken pie.
