Santi has been crafting wines in the Valpolicella area since 1843, selecting the finest vineyards across the Val d'Illasi and neighboring valleys to capture the best exposures and microclimates. The Infinito Rosé is sourced from vineyards in the Bardolino DOC, just east of Lake Garda — a prime location for elegant, fruit-driven rosé.
Pale pink with vivid red tints, the wine opens with an intense, elegant bouquet of ripe strawberries, wild cherries, and blackcurrants. On the palate it is balanced, savory, fresh, and beautifully fruity with a clean, lingering finish.
Vinification
Grapes are harvested in mid-September and vinified by the rosé method, with brief skin contact to achieve the ideal depth of color. Alcoholic fermentation proceeds slowly at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts. A small portion undergoes malolactic fermentation. The wine is then developed in stainless steel under cold, oxidation-free conditions to preserve freshness and vibrancy.
