The Canals Canals family crafts this rosé Cava from 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Garnatxa (Garnacha). Made by the traditional method, it undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and spends more than 24 months aging on its lees in the family's cellars. The wine is certified organic.

Deep red-rose color with fine, persistent bubbles. Fresh and floral on the nose with ripened red fruits and a slightly nutty character. Perfectly balanced and full-bodied on the palate with a long, clean finish.
