Allison Napjus writes:  (2022 Bottling Current) A rich and toasty rosé Champagne backed by a steely spine of mouthwatering acidity, with a satiny mousse wrapping the firm structure and carrying a finely meshed range of raspberry coulis, blood orange granita, roasted hazelnut, candied ginger and a tangy streak of salinity, which cleans the palate on the racy finish. Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Drink now.   - Wine Spectator 93

Audrey Frick writes: (Tasted 11/07/2022) The NV Champagne Sauvage Brut Rosé is the first wine I tasted that Emilien produced from start to finish. It is elegant and floral, with rose petal, smoky incense, and candied peach. The palate is dry and inviting, with a fine mousse and refreshing acidity and tension. It is a versatile wine to enjoy alone or at the table. Drink 2022-2032.  - Jeb Dunnuck 91

Yohan Castaing writes: (April 20, 2023)  A blend of 50% Pinot Noir (15% red wine), 25% Pinot Meunier and 25% Chardonnay with a dosage of eight grams per liter, Piper-Heidsieck NV Brut Rosé Sauvage has aromas of strawberry, wild strawberry, orange peel and spices. The palate lacks consistency and depth but remains fresh and fruity.  - Robert Parker Wine Advocate
