Marqués de Cáceres Gaudium 2021 is a refined, full-bodied Rioja built around Tempranillo, showing the depth, polish and structure expected from one of the estate’s most ambitious wines.

The palate is rich and layered, with flavors of blackberry, black cherry and ripe plum joined by notes of fig, dark chocolate, cedar, coffee bean and warm spice. The oak is well integrated, adding smoky and savory complexity without overwhelming the fruit.

Firm yet fine-grained tannins give the wine excellent structure, while fresh acidity keeps the palate balanced and energetic. The finish is long, polished and persistent, with lingering dark fruit, cocoa, spice and woodland notes.

A serious, age-worthy Rioja that can be enjoyed now with hearty dishes or cellared for further development.
