Bruce Sanderson writes: Whiffs of the seashore and oyster shell mingle with peach and melon notes in this ripe white. Open and fluid, with a moderately long, spice-tinged finish. Drink now. - Wine Spectator
Allen Meadows writes: Ripe and expressive aromas of apple, pear and lemon rind lead to succulent, round and delicious middleweight flavors that terminate in a bitter lemon-inflected finish that could use better depth. Recommended 5 minutes in a decanter would be a good idea. - Allen Meadows’ Burghound

Choose when time is of the essence
The Montagny 1er Cru "La Grande Roche" 2022 has a bright, pale yellow color. From its nose emanate perfumes of yellow peach, fresh hazelnut and almond paste. Its mouth, ample and very round, reveals aromas of almond paste and honey. A lot of freshness on the finish. Pair with asparagus, rabbit galantine, trout with almonds and sheep's cheese.
