Made from 100% Chardonnay grown in clay-limestone soils, this wine comes from Marsannay at the northern gateway to Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits. Grapes are hand-harvested from vines averaging 25 years of age, then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel with full malolactic fermentation. Aging for eight to ten months in French oak barrels from Louis Latour’s own cooperage adds depth and a gentle toasted accent.
