Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this signature cuvée brings together five Domaine Louis Latour vineyards on the Corton hillside: Bressandes, Perrières, Grèves, Clos du Roi, and Chaumes. Each is aged separately before the finest barrels are selected for the final blend.
Hand-harvested grapes from mature vines undergo traditional fermentation in open vats, followed by ten to twelve months in French oak barrels, 35% new. The result combines concentrated fruit, spice, and the depth expected of Corton Grand Cru.
