It is distilled according to a family recipe from a classic blend of 10 carefully selected botanicals from around the world including juniper, coriander, orange and lemon peel. A fresh, crisp and elegant gin with zesty citrus notes and a balanced and delicate finish.

Hayman’s is celebrated for staying true to the Victorian style of gin, which is more balanced and less "aggressive" than some modern over-proof gins.

• Aroma: Bright and classic. Dominant juniper is complemented by zesty citrus and earthy notes of coriander and angelica root. 

• Palate: Crisp and elegant. It offers a smooth, "mouth-filling" texture where lemon and orange peel shine alongside a delicate spicy warmth from cassia and nutmeg 

  Finish: Long, dry, and clean, with a lingering pepperiness and citrus zing.
