The Small Batch is their flagship expression: a high-corn mash bill distilled in Kentucky and aged in new charred American oak, then blended in small batches for consistency and character. At 100 proof, it is bottled with enough backbone to hold its own neat, on the rocks, or in a classic cocktail.
Rich auburn in the glass with full, slow legs. The nose is immediately inviting — caramel, vanilla, warm oak, and mild baking spices that settle the senses before the first sip. On the palate, those caramel and vanilla notes arrive first, then cinnamon and rye bread spice build toward the middle as brown sugar and malt sweetness emerge on the back of the tongue. At 100 proof the heat is present but perfectly balanced — warming without burning. The finish is medium-long and satisfying, with lingering vanilla, oak, and baking spice that make the second pour inevitable.
