Finca El Origen is situated in Los Chacayes, a winegrowing micro-region of Mendoza's Uco Valley. At approximately 1,200 meters above sea level, its rocky, sandy terrain provides the setting for balanced wines with concentrated color and aromas. The estate's philosophy brings together knowledge, passion and a close attention to place to create authentic mountain wines.
A Nautilus fossil discovered while preparing the land for vines connects the vineyard's story to its ancient marine origins and the formation of the Andes. This discovery is part of the inspiration behind the Finca El Origen identity.
