Domaine Leflaive MEURSAULT 1er Cru Sous Le Dos d'Ane Biodynamic 2022 750ml
Beautifully layered nose is decidedly cool with its more citrus-suffused aromas of green apple, wet stone and crushed fennel.

Alain Meadows of Burghound writes 95 Points | Here too the beautifully layered nose is decidedly cool with its more citrus-suffused aromas of green apple, wet stone and crushed fennel. The more refined, if slightly less concentrated, medium weight flavors flash an almost pungent minerality on the beautifully textured, bone-dry and sneaky long finale. This chiseled effort will need at least a few years of cellaring first as it's quite tightly wound today. - Burghound 95 ♥️

The domaine, in its present form, was created by Joseph Leflaive between the years of 1910-1930, as a result of his successive purchases of vineyards and houses.

"The 2022 Meursault Sous Le Dos d'Ane 1er Cru is clean and precise on the nose with hazelnut and light fumé aromas. The bouquet is focused and gains intensity with aeration. The palate is fresh and saline a little Puligny-like in terms of the green apples towards the brisk sapid finish. Lovely."
