Jeb Dunnuck writes:  The 2023 Châteauneuf Du Pape Domaine Du Vieux Lazaret Blanc is a classic blend of 59% Clairette, 35% Grenache Blanc, 5% Bourboulenc, and the rest Roussanne. This vibrant, well-made, medium-bodied white has a great nose of crushed lemon and lime fruit as well as mint, garrigue, and sappy flower-like nuances. It’s medium-bodied with a succulent development on the palate. There’s a subtle texture, with notes of herbs, flowers, bitter almonds and fresh green pears.
