Domaine de Beaurenard Côtes du Rhône — Southern Rhône, France 2024
Domaine de Beaurenard is one of the Southern Rhône’s most respected family estates — a Chateauneuf-du-Pape producer of genuine pedigree that has farmed organically and biodynamically for decades, long before it was fashionable. Their Côtes du Rhône is the estate’s most approachable expression: a Grenache and Syrah blend that delivers the freshness, juicy red fruit, and delicate floral character of the Southern Rhône at its most joyful. Certified organic and biodynamic, it is a wine made with real conviction — and it shows in every glass. Wine Enthusiast awarded the 2024 vintage 90 points, calling it “sure to impress friends.”
The nose is high-toned and stylish: just-ripe dark cherry, licorice, and soft garrigue — precise, inviting, and unmistakably Southern Rhône. On the palate, refreshing acidity keeps everything lively and delicious, enhancing a salty minerality that adds juiciness to the lavish black fruit. Medium-bodied, smooth, and immediately pleasurable — with enough structure to work beautifully at the table.
Wine Enthusiast 90 — "Very high-toned and stylish. Refreshing acidity keeps the palate lively and delicious. This wine is sure to impress friends — be sure to grab an extra bottle."

67Wine Buyer’s Note
We first discovered this Côtes du Rhône at one of our favorite local restaurants, Manny’s Bistro — where the Magret de Canard and the moules Provençal are both essential. This medium-bodied Rhône is fruit-forward without being overwhelmed by fruit, and its balanced acidity makes it equally at home with duck and mussels. It is simply quaffable — the kind of bottle you finish before you realize it.

Winemaker Notes
This Cotes du Rhône 2022 is full of fresh, juicy red fruit and a refreshing f loral note. Its smoothness, freshness and delicacy offer immediate pleasure.
We first drank this Cote-du-Rhone at one of our favorite local restaurants Manny’s Bistro where I am addicted to the Magret de Canard (duck breast) and Dorothy loves the mussels Marinieres and Provencal. This medium bodied Rhone is fruit forward without being overwhelmed by the fruit, balanced acidity allows it to work with both the duck and the mussels and more it just is quaffable, happily we stroll home (-:
