Clos Cibonne Tentations — Côtes de Provence Rosé 2025
Clos Cibonne is one of Provence’s most storied estates — a historic domaine whose traditional Tibouren-based wines have defined the region for generations. Tentations is their approachable entry-level label, crafted from young Tibouren vines at the estate alongside Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah sourced from trusted grower partners in the villages of La Crau and Carqueiranne — prime spots in the Côtes de Provence appellation with schist soils that lend the wine its distinctive mineral freshness.
All vinification is done entirely in-house by the experienced hands of Olivier Deforges. Grapes are direct-pressed and fermented at low temperature in stainless steel, then aged two months on the lees for added texture and complexity. The result is a delicate, discreet rosé focused on pure fresh fruit — subtle stone fruit lifted by Provençal herbs, a supple and round palate with a touch of exotic fruit, and a lengthy, refreshing finish driven by bright acidity.
