Crafted from 70% Grenache Blanc, 15% Clairette, 10% Viognier, and 5% Roussanne, the wine comes from carefully selected vineyards with well-drained sandy-clay and gravelly soils. Hand-harvested grapes undergo gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, followed by seven months of aging on fine lees in stainless steel and concrete tanks, enhancing the wine's texture while preserving its freshness.

Expert Rating
94 Points by Wine Enthusiast: Fresh and commanding on the nose, where ripe orchard fruit and minerality are balanced by heady white rose and bergamot in a truly singular expression. The palate is divine, where salinity rides a wave of mouthwatering acidity weaving white peach, white rose, and spice into something captivating. A second bottle alongside lobster armoricaine is strongly advised. — Anna-Christina Cabrales
Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif or paired with grilled fish, shrimp, shellfish, roasted poultry, Mediterranean cuisine, and fresh goat cheese.
