Sourced from Mendocino County vineyards with varied microclimates and soils, this Pinot Noir is bright, complex, and fruit-forward.
Hand-harvested fruit is gently de-stemmed and cold-soaked for three days before fermentation, then aged for ten months in 100% French oak. Strawberry, raspberry, and Bing cherry meet vanilla, oak spice, crushed herbs, earth, and mineral, while soft tannins carry the wine into a long, graceful finish.
