The Pinot Project Pinot Noir offers notes of dark cherry, blackberry, and cacao with a smooth, lingering finish. Medium-bodied with fine-grained tannins.

This one has aromas of garnet colored ripe strawberry, dark cherry, pomegranate cranberry, Orange Julius goodness and five spice. It has silky tannins and a mouthwatering finish.

Winery Note: Our California Cabernet shows beautiful aromas of ripe boysenberry, cassis and a touch of mocha and coffee. On the palate, this wine is supple with soft tannins and a velvety texture, and it is replete with black cherry and a hint of vanilla.

Our Sauvignon Blanc has delightful ruby grapefruit and floral aromas. The palate is ripe with Fuji apple and melon flavors and finishes with lemon-lime and juicy guava fruit.

Rich and sweet. A great traditional wine for Passover or for Shabbos. Serve with brisket or honeyed poultry. Kedem has done an excellent job with this. It is a Sweet Red wine from New York State.
