A Spanish sparkling rose from Raventos i Blanc, made with biodynamically grown grapes from the estate’s vineyards and produced in the style of cava. Made with a Macabeo-driven blend of grapes, this wine has a pale light pink tint – matched on the palate with an elegant bouquet of pink grapefruits, rose petals, red berry fruits and lively acidity.

That addition lays a smoky note and red-fruit hints over a base of xarel-lo, macabeo and parellada.
