Nordes Atlantic Galician Gin Spain 700ml
Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin — Galicia, Spain
Nordés is the gin that tastes like the Atlantic coast of Galicia — wild, aromatic, and unmistakably Spanish. Distilled from Albariño grapes and infused with 11 Galician botanicals including lemon verbena, hibiscus, bay leaf, and sage, it is the only gin in the world built on a white wine base from one of Spain's most celebrated wine regions. Wine Enthusiast named it one of the Top 100 Spirits of 2020 and awarded it 92 points.
The nose is fresh and citrusy: lemon verbena, white peach, green herbs, and a whisper of sea salt. With time in the glass, floral notes emerge — hibiscus, grapefruit peel — layered over a herbaceous core of sage and bay leaf. On the palate, it is fruit-forward and spicy, with a subtle juniper backbone, beautiful balance, and a smooth, lingering finish.

Casa Mariol Catalonia Negre Vermut LITER
Casa Mariol Negre Vermut — Catalonia, Spain (1 Liter)
Casa Mariol is one of Catalonia's most distinctive vermouth producers, crafting their Negre Vermut in the traditional Spanish style from the Terra Alta region — a rugged, windswept appellation known for its old-vine Macabeu. The base wine is 100% Macabeu, infused with wild field herbs and unripe green walnuts, then aged in a 60-year-old solera — a process that builds extraordinary depth, complexity, and continuity from one vintage to the next. One of the defining characteristics of Casa Mariol's approach is the very low use of caramel, resulting in a lighter, more fragrant, and more spicy vermouth with greater balance than most — equally at home drunk straight as it is in cocktails.
The nose is herbal and aromatic: thyme, rosemary, cinnamon, and warm spice, with a subtle nuttiness from the green walnut infusion. On the palate, the vermouth is medium-bodied and beautifully balanced — fragrant and spicy up front, with a clean, pleasantly bitter finish and lingering notes of caramel and dried herbs. In Spain, vermouth is drunk neat with a slice of orange and an olive. This is how Casa Mariol recommends it too. It is also exceptional in cocktails or lengthened with ginger ale or soda. Salud!
"One of the main differences between this and other vermouths is the very low use of caramel. This results in a lighter, more fragrant and spicy vermouth with greater balance and complexity — better suited to drinking straight as well as mixing in cocktails."
- Producer: Casa Mariol, Terra Alta, Catalonia, Spain
- Base Wine: 100% Macabeu
- Style: Negre (Red) Vermouth
- Infusion: Wild field herbs & unripe green walnuts
- Aging: 60-year-old solera
- Size: 1 Liter
- Best Served: Neat with orange slice & olive, or in cocktails with ginger ale or soda
A solera-aged Catalan vermouth from 100% Macabeu — Casa Mariol Negre is the benchmark for what traditional Spanish vermouth, made with wild herbs and minimal caramel, can deliver in a glass.
Cesar Florido Chipiona Oloroso Cruz del Mar 375ml HALF BOTTLE
Producer Description
This hazelnut colored, oxidized sherry showcases aromas of baking spices and dried candied fruits. It finishes dry with notes of fresh salt-roasted walnuts.
Cruz del Mar Oloroso is produced exclusively with palomino grapes grown by César’s family in the Balbaína and Miraflores pagos (vineyards). After harvesting, the grapes are crushed and undergo alcoholic fermentation in traditional cement vats, which naturally regulate the temperature.
Fuller-bodied musts are chosen for Oloroso, and after being fortified to 18% ABV., the wine is aged oxidatively in old barrels in a bodega in the heart of Chipiona. Cruz del Mar Oloroso spends an average of 12 years in the solera process before being bottled en rama, without fining or filtration.
Cardenal Mendoza Brandy Solera Gran Reserva 750ML
Points Wine Enthusiast | No wallflower, this one. The intensity of the bouquet starts right with the pour as waves of prunes and raisins rise from the glass; air contact stirs deeper aromas, most notably orange rind, peppermint and roasted nuts. This rich, heavyweight brandy features layers of flavor, including cocoa, toffee, caramel, cream Sherry and oaky vanilla. Finishes as large and robust as it started.
Producer Description
Its appearance is bright, transparent dark mahogany with copper glints.
On the nose it is clean, elegant and well-rounded with hints of the Sherry which seasoned the barrels.
On the palate it is beautifully balanced, warming and smooth while it has a very long finish where all the subtle nuances come together leaving a lasting impression of personality with hints of raisin and prune.

Their Vermut Rosé brings that same Sherry-house precision to the world of vermouth, creating a distinctly Andalusian expression that is as beautiful in the glass as it is on the palate.
The Lustau Vermut Rosé Vermouth Jerez 750ml is a sweet rosé vermouth built on a blend of Palomino Fino, Moscatel, and Tintilla de Rota sherries — the last a rare, indigenous red grape variety from the Jerez region that lends the wine its delicate pink hue and red fruit character. The blend is fortified with neutral spirit distilled from 100% Airén grapes and infused with a carefully selected bouquet of botanicals: wormwood, cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla, and chamomile.
The nose opens with vanilla, thyme, oregano, cedar, and fig. On the palate, orange peel, strawberry, and rose geranium emerge alongside green cardamom and orange blossom, all carried through to a long, elegant Sherry finish. Emilio Lustau Reserva Solera Brandy de Jerez 700ml
Emilio Lustau · Solera Reserva · Brandy de Jerez DO · Andalusia · Spain
Emilio Lustau is one of Jerez’s most celebrated sherry houses — and their approach to Brandy de Jerez is as meticulous as their approach to fino and amontillado. The Solera Reserva is the youngest brandy in the Lustau portfolio, distilled from Airén grapes harvested in central Spain and brought to Jerez for aging in the traditional solera and criadera system — the same method that gives sherry its layered complexity. What sets this brandy apart is the cask seasoning: each barrel was first filled with young Amontillado sherry, which smooths the virgin oak and impregnates the wood with nutty, oxidative character before the brandy ever touches it. Aged an average of three years. Gold Medal Best in Class at the International Wine and Spirits Competition and International Spirits Challenge.
Light amber with greenish reflections, the Solera Reserva opens with aromas of vanilla, toasted wood, orange marmalade, and hazelnuts. On the palate, it is bone dry and smooth — mellow yet intense — with a long, nutty finish that lingers with warmth and elegance. A brandy of genuine craft and exceptional value.
