Pandorga is 100% Pedro Ximénez from a single vineyard “La Panesa” in the Pago de
Carrascal, grown on Albarizas de Barajuelas facing west. The grapes are hand harvested before becoming overripe, sun-dried by the Asoleado method until they lose
half their initial volume (10 days), then pressed whole-cluster into an old 500L Jerez
bota for spontaneous fermentation without temperature control, and raised in bota for
12 months before being bottled with a light filtration.

With only 15% of the original harvest yielding juice for the wine , this is one of the most unusual and fascinating sweet wines we've ever had from Spain, offering notes of marmalade balanced by refreshing acidity. Winemaker Description. 

Liqueur elaborated by macerating the best coffees of Cerrado area (Brazil) with `Aguardiente de Orujo from Galicia ́ for 31 days. After this time, it is filtered and sugar is added until its perfect dissolution. Then, it remains at rest twelve months before being bottled. Producer Description. 

This Orujo is in a traditional style made from Albariño. It has a transparent color, a clean and intense aroma that offers spicy and herbal notes with chamomile, dried herbs, pepper and licorice with a grapey feel.

Xoriguer Gin de Mahn from Menorca, Spain. Perfect for on the rocks or adding a twist to the common cocktail. Distiller's notes: Mahn Gin is the result of distillation in traditional copper stills, using high quality wine alcohol and carefully selected juniper berries, which come from the neighboring Mediterranean mountains, together with aromatic herbs. These herbs are the jealousy guarded "secret" of the liquor's original bouquet.

A cult gin from Mahon in Menorca, Xoriguer is one of the only gins in the world (alongside Plymouth) to have a geographical indication, Gin de Menorca. Gin has been made on Menorca since the time of the British occupation in the 18th century and Xoriguer commands a devoted following of happy travelers. Unusually, Xoriguer is made in wood-fired potstills from distilled wine (eau-de-vie) rather than the more usual grain-based distillate, and is rested in American oak barrels before bottling.

100% Macabeu is fermented at low temperatures. Green walnuts, herbs and spices are sourced locally from the Matarrana area and macerated in the wine. The whole concoction is then aged for up to six months in a solera before being bottled in one of the coolest looking bottles on the market.
