The 'Estates' wines represents our fascination with the breadth of great vineyard sites located throughout the Northern Willamette Valley. This wine is comprised of Pinot Noir entirely from our Estate holdings, which includes but is no longer limited to our flagship property, Mineral Springs Ranch. DETAILS 200 cases produced 100% Pinot Noir 30% Mineral Springs Vineyard, Yamhill-Carlton, Certified Biodynamic Demeter, Organic CCOF 50% Ribbon Ridge Estate, Certified Organic CCOF 20% Tarren Vineyard, Eola-Amity Hills, Certified Organic CCOF FERMENTATION & AGING 30 days extended maceration 35% new French oak 25% Whole Clusters Aged 10 months in barrel.
