A group of 60 dedicated growers tend just 15 hectares of vines at elevations between 380 and 500 meters above sea level. Only 6,000 cases are produced each year, making this a genuinely rare find.
Sandy soils in an alkaline terroir, combined with the dramatic Alpine climate and wide day-to-night temperature swings, naturally enhance the acidity and freshness of the grapes. The result is a beautiful pale pink rosé with aromas of fresh raspberries and wild berries, a fresh and mineral palate, and a delicate, pleasantly bitter finish.
