Julien Brocard Chablis Petit Chablis "Plantes" 2023 750ml

Grown on kimmeridgian soil. Pale to mid lemon yellow. Currently a lightly lactic nose as Julien prefers not to clean up the juice after pressing. This has enormously more volume than the Jean-Marc Brocard version, with layers of flavour. Surprisingly long and really quite complex, with a variety of apples in the fruit mix.
