Mezcal

Producer Description

 MADE OUT OF 100% AGAVE

A unique blend of the finest Espadin agave, hand-selected from the hillsides of a small village in Oaxaca. Dos Hombres presents an appealing fragrance and a rich taste that engages the palate, ensuring the distinctive smoothness of our brand.

The aroma of apples and perfectly balanced Espadin agave tumble in first. Hidden freshness and subtle sweetness of fruit scents arise. Hints of "zapote" fruits merge.

A perfectly balanced and soft hint of the wooden barrels in which Mezcal is fermented.

A discreet, almost imperceptible smoky finish portraits the volcanic stone and firewood of our traditional earth-ovens.

Producer Description

Originally created by Maestro Mezcalero Lucio Moralesbas a gift to his wife, Agustina, “Zacate” is produced by the Morales family using the same traditional process as their classic “white tape” espadín, with one important twist:

Freshly cut lemongrass is added to the stills before the second distillation, and a bit more is macerated in the finished product for an extra touch of aromatics and
color.

The result is a bright and lively expression of espadín that makes a great highball, brings an interesting twist to classic mezcal cocktails, or works as a fun plug-and-
play substitute for gin.

Del Maguey · Vida Clásico Mezcal

In ancient Mesoamerica, only revered priests and the spiritual elite were permitted to commune with the gods — and they did so through sacred beverages crafted from agave. The deities of these rituals were known collectively as centzon-totchtin, or "400 rabbits" in Nahuatl. The number 400 was synonymous with the infinite, the uncountable, the divine. Today, that boundless spirit lives on in every bottle of 400 Conejos Mezcal.

The 400 Conejos Mezcal Artesanal Joven Espadín 100% de Agave Oaxaca 750ml is produced from 100% Espadín agave using traditional artisanal methods in Oaxaca, Mexico — the heartland of mezcal. A 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Double Gold Medal winner, it delivers a beautifully balanced expression of smoke, cooked agave, and subtle fruit: crystalline in the glass, complex on the nose, and smooth on the palate.

Montelobos Mezcal Artesanal Joven Espadín Oaxaca — 86.4 Proof / 750ml

Montelobos — meaning “mountain of wolves” — is a mezcal of genuine artisanal character, crafted in the highlands of Oaxaca by master distiller Iván Saldaña, one of Mexico’s most respected agave spirits experts. Made from 100% Espadín agave using traditional artesanal methods — stone-roasted piñas, tahona crushing, open fermentation, and copper pot distillation — Montelobos is a mezcal that honors the craft and complexity of Oaxacan tradition while delivering a flavor profile that is genuinely surprising and distinctive.

Certified Kosher and made with organic agave, Montelobos occupies a rare space: a mezcal with serious artisanal credentials that is also approachable and endlessly versatile. Sweet, savory, and funky in the best possible way — a mezcal that will surprise and delight with every sip.

Clear in the glass, with grassy, umami-driven aromas of olive brine, elote, sweet corn, mint, caramelized plantains, honey, and pistachio. The palate is oily and dry with a distinctive fat body — blanched almond, roasted tomato, coconut cream, cider apple, and spiced pear — finishing long and peppery with cracked black pepper and savory depth.
