Fresh, floral, and beautifully inviting, this classic white Burgundy captures Chardonnay’s natural charm. The 2025 vintage shines pale gold with green highlights, opening with delicate aromas of honeysuckle and fresh almond. The palate is rounded and generous, offering white peach flavors that lead into a refreshing finish with a subtle mineral touch.

Made from 100% Chardonnay, hand-harvested from vines averaging 30 years of age, the wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel and undergoes full malolactic fermentation for a supple texture. Eight to ten months of aging in stainless steel preserves its fruit character and floral appeal, creating an unoaked expression of Burgundy Chardonnay.

Equally enjoyable as an aperitif or alongside a meal, it pairs beautifully with shellfish, grilled fish, and fine charcuterie. Serve lightly chilled to bring out its freshness and delicate aromatics.
