Tommasi Le Rosse Pinot Grigio 2025 is a dry, refreshing Italian white with clean orchard fruit, a soft, rounded texture and a lively, tangy finish. From the hills of Valpolicella Classica in Veneto, it reflects the freshness and purity of its hillside vineyards and the Tommasi family’s winemaking heritage dating to 1902.

The wine takes its name from the Le Rosse vineyard and its distinctive reddish soils. Although Valpolicella is best known for red wines, the Tommasi family recognized its potential for expressive whites and began cultivating Pinot Grigio here in 1997.

Winemaking

Made from 100% Pinot Grigio, the wine begins with grapes harvested at night to preserve natural freshness and acidity. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel is followed by four months of maturation in stainless steel, maintaining bright fruit character and aromatic purity.

Tasting Notes

Bright straw yellow with delicate green reflections, the 2025 vintage opens with ripe pear, Golden Delicious apple and subtle hints of hay and almond. The dry, harmonious palate combines clean orchard fruit flavors with a soft, rounded texture, finishing fresh and tangy.

Pairing & Serving

Serve at 46–50°F (8–10°C) as an aperitif or alongside grilled fish, seafood pasta, shrimp, light risottos, fresh cheeses, antipasti or delicate poultry dishes. Its refreshing style makes it a versatile companion at the table.
