About Metaxa 12 Stars

The pinnacle of the Metaxa range, 12 Stars is made with wine distillates aged in both medium and heavily toasted oak casks. The time spent in heavily toasted casks brings out pronounced oaky and smoky notes, adding depth and complexity to the spirit’s already rich character.

Tasting Notes

Radiant amber color. Very complex character with subtle aromatic notes of toasted oak, orange peel, and spices. On the palate, spicy with dried fruit — smooth, rich, and lingering. A spirit of remarkable depth and elegance.
