Full-bodied red dry wine made with grapes from the micro zone of Khashmi in the Kakheti region of Georgia. It contains notes of dark berries, plums, dark pepper and earthy notes. It pairs well with red meat, pork and aged cheeses.

Produced by Niko Chochishvili in the Kartli region, this wine is made using the Qvevri method—fermenting and aging the wine in large, egg-shaped clay vessels buried underground, a technique that has remained largely unchanged for 8,000 years.
