Winemaker Description

Bright and pale gold colored wine. Savory nose of blossom, of exotic fruits and white fleshed fruits. The first impression in the mouth comes from the round and rich palate. Then the citrus brings some freshness which make a quite unique balance.

Wine Enthusiast 90 Points | A ripe wine, this has tropical fruits freshened with kiwi. It is smooth and spicy, with plenty of perfumed richness at the end. (2022). 

Yohan Castaing writes:  Aromas of pear, peach and smoke preface the 2022 Blanc from Château Thieuley. This is a medium-bodied, juicy, tense wine with a pure and fresh finish. It is a blend of 45% Sauvignon Blanc, 12% Sauvignon Gris, 40% Sémillon and, for the first year, 3% Colombard.  Drinking 2023 to 2028.  - Robert Parker Wine Advocate
