Located on the right bank of the Serein River, Fourchaume enjoys a privileged position near the celebrated Chablis Grand Cru vineyards. Its limestone-rich Kimmeridgian soils impart the distinctive mineral character, freshness, and complexity that define the finest wines of Chablis.

The Esprit Leflaive approach to winemaking emphasizes texture, precision, and the authentic expression of each vineyard. The producer’s Fourchaume cuvée is known for its balance of lively acidity, generous mouthfeel, and distinctive iodine-like mineral character.
