A pure expression of Burgundy Chardonnay grown on clay and limestone soils, offering finesse, balance, and a beautifully structured aromatic profile. Fresh and lively, with subtle orchard fruit and a clean, elegant finish, this is an easy-drinking yet classic “pleasure wine.”

Our Notes: 

100% Chardonnay from clay and chalk soils of the Cote d'Auxerre.  This is the purest of pure expressions of Chardonnay, offering up enticing aromas of mirabelle plum, and ripe pear.  It is fresh and lively on the palate, making it a perfect companion to soft ripened cheeses, cold cuts,and paté.
