Pale yellow wine with green tones. On the nose it presents aromas and
citrus. Concentrates notes of green apple. Light-bodied with very refreshing
acidity.

Thanks to the Uco Valley’s dry climate and phylloxera-resistant sandy soils,
farming organically at Domaine Bousquet, from day one, was not only

in this desert-like climate.
