Winemaker Description 

The philosophy of Bodegas Alta Pavina is to value Pinot noir, to produce wines with their own personality, a faithful reflection of where they come from, with the particularity of this variety. Alta Pavina has a team of people who interact, live and think in a coordinated and cooperative way, united with a common goal.

Pale yellow, with a greenish tinge in the glass. On the nose intense and powerful, with citrus and tropical fruit typical of the variety, as well as herbaceous nuances and white flowers. The palette is nicely structured – soft and fresh with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Medium-high acidity pairs well with a pleasing minerality.
