Arianna Occhipinti is one of Italy’s most celebrated natural winemakers — niece of Giusto Occhipinti of the legendary COS estate, and a force of nature in her own right. Her Il Frappato Terre Siciliane 2023 comes from certified-organic parcels of 40-year-old vines on red-sandy limestone soils in Vittoria, fermented with wild yeasts, macerated 20–30 days, and aged 18 months in 30% large Slavonian oak and 70% concrete. Light, energetic, chillable, and deeply personal.
