A delicate, limpid and brilliant pale pink with seductive floral aromas. On the palate, this wine is ample and generous with fruity notes of citrus, grapefruit and fig, perfectly balanced by a nice mineral structure. The finish offers a hint of bitterness and lemony character.

Expert Reviews - Prior Vintage 2018

Elizabeth Gabay MW writes: The entry-level wine from the range, this label was first made with the 2018 vintage. The grapes from this wine are sourced from vineyards nearer the Provence coast and include the coastal variety Tibouren. The prettiness of the Cinsault and Tibouren is preserved through reductive fermentation in tank, while the Grenache and Rolle are partially fermented in tulip-shaped cement tanks, the ovoid helping with a gentle form of lees movement. Very pale with slightly pinkish hues, the wine starts with strawberry fruit opening out to quite intense fresh raspberries, peaches and cream. Crunchy wild red berry and pink grapefruit acidity, a whisper of maritime freshness with the saline minerality, and a touch of raspberry fruit. Good concentration and juicy fruit, this is very moreish. - Decanter 90

Kristen Bieler writes: A delicate style, with light melon and peach flavors offset by a tangy boost of acidity. Creamy in feel, offering subtle herb accents on the modest finish. Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle and Tibouren. Drink now. - Wine Spectator
