A dark, rich purple in color, this wine is from vines grown in ancient Cambrian earth, formed from Cambrian rocks that are over 500 million years old. A limited edition Shiraz dedicated to the first born children of the founders, this wine boasts aromas of cassis and blackberry. The palate is full-bodied yet refined with perfect integration of French oak and decadent notes of dark fruits, tobacco, and mocha. The finish is long with black pepper overtones, red chili and soft tannins, which give this wine a finish that lingers long after it's been enjoyed.

Pair with a roast leg of lamb, barbecue, and aged hard cheese.

Our 2020 Shiraz is concentrated, aromatic and possesses a beautiful bouquet of fruit forwardness to welcome you in. It’s an immensely flavourful and elegant wine with intense colour, aromas of plum, cherry and spice with some real understated power in the background.

Tantalisingly supple and ready to drink now, with your favourite meat dishes or cheese platter. However, for those willing to squirrel some bottles aside, patience will be rewarded in years to come with increased complexity.
