Bart Hopkins, 67 Wine Buyer: The 2023 Mâcon-Chardonnay is the inaugural vintage of this wine from renowned Puligny-Montrachet winemaker Alain Chavy and his son Corentin. The grapes are sourced from various growers and vinified at the family cellar in Puligny under their care and guidance. Clean and refreshing with lovely Chardonnay white fruit character and floral complexity. Medium-bodied with a nice lift of acidity on the long finish.
