Producer Description 

Mezcal Trascendente Artesanal Joven Espadín is made from 100 % agave from the rarest Mexican variety, Agave Espadín ( A. Angustifolia).

The predominant aroma is citrusy, reminiscent of orange leaves, mandarin, herbal notes such as cedarleaves and lemon tea. Mezcal, which denotes the characteristic flavours of Maguey Espadín.

In the mouth, minerality is present, its persistence is prolonged and its subtle smokiness makes it very pleasant. It is a fresh, balanced mezcal with a delicious acidity and organoleptic qualities that make it ideal as an aperitif.

The agave is brewed in a volcanic stone oven with sweet wood. The mezcal has undergone double distillation in copper pot stills. Fermentation is wild.
