Frog’s Leap Concrete Aged Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc that is fermented and aged entirely in concrete tanks (sometimes referred to as “concrete eggs”), rather than in oak or primarily stainless steel. This concrete aging preserves purity and freshness of fruit while adding mineral texture and balance without oak influence.

The wine typically shows crisp, bright citrus and stone fruit aromas with a flinty, earthy, and chalky mineral character — a style that emphasizes purity and terroir. On the palate it’s balanced and elegant, with racy acidity and aromatic richness, making it refreshing and food-friendly.
