Blanc d'Eulalie is made from our best chardonnays coming from the place called "L'Epicéa", the sunniest parcel of our domain, planted more than 50 years ago. Approximately 40% of the wines are fermented and matured in demi-Muids Bourguignons and are offered with a very low dosage in order to keep all their quintessence.
